The Missionary Institute London (MIL) was founded in 1967-69 for the training of men and women for collaborative ministry and missionary work by the Comboni Missionaries (MCCJ),
the Congregation of the Holy Ghost (Spiritans)
the Consolata Missionaries (IMC)
the Mill Hill Missionaries (MHM)
the Missionaries of Africa (White Fathers),
the Society of African Missions (SMA) and the Society of the Divine Word (SVD)

Much of the academic and pastoral training of Holy Ghost Fathers from the United Kingdom has taken place in the Missionary Institute. More recently Holy Ghost Fathers from our newly formed Provinces in Africa have been welcomed by the English Province and have followed postgraduate courses at the Institute.

Father Eamonn Mulcahy is on the lecturing staff of the Missionary Institute. More details about the Institute can be found at www.the-mil.org.uk
